Anika was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2002. Anika’s family law practice ranges from financial provision cases (including matters arising from the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act 1996) to public and private law child law matters including international relocation and adoption cases.
Since the beginning of her career at the Bar, Anika has practiced in immigration law. This multi-disciplinary practice over 11 years has allowed her to develop a particular niche in respect of family cases which may have an immigration angle.
Other areas of practice include Human Rights, Employment and Housing.
