Barristers in chambers most often charge hourly rates for private law work (particularly where the client is not eligible for legal aid). As such, Chambers fees policy does not apply to legally aided clients as the fees are already set by the Legal Aid Agency.
In cases where it is possible to give agree a fixed fee, a quotation can be given for such work. All fees quoted exclude VAT ( where applicable).
Our barristers also accept instructions under conditional fee agreements (“no win, no fee” agreements) in certain circumstances. For information, please email.
Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA’s)will be agreed in advance with the individual barrister undertaking such work.
